Ingredients
- Can of nice tuna in olive oil (Ortiz White Tuna in Olive oil)
- 2 garlic cloves (grated)
- 2 TBSP parsley (stems, chopped leaves separated)
- 5 mixed olives chopped
- Lemon juice and zest
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan
- Good short pasta (SF Brand, Bayview rigatoni)
- You can use long pasta, but I donβt like that texture

Instructions
- Heat pan, add good quality olive oil
- Add shredded tuna, grated garlic, freshly grated black pepper and parsley stem to oil, sautee for ~1MIN
- Cook pasta, as instructed
- Add pasta + pasta water
- Add in olives, lemon juice, lemon zest, grated parmesan
