  1. Slice bokchoi and slice snap peas at an angle
  1. Quickly blank these in hot water
  1. Boil noodles in salted water
  1. Fry leftover miso salmon (or regular salmon)
  1. Chop up salmon, add in extra miso, butter and some pasta water
  1. Toss in cooked pasta and blanched veggies (add some lemon zest and lemon juice for freshness) or orange
  1. Top with sliced scallions and some toasted sesame oil if you want
