Instructions
- Slice bokchoi and slice snap peas at an angle
- Quickly blank these in hot water
- Boil noodles in salted water
- Fry leftover miso salmon (or regular salmon)
- Chop up salmon, add in extra miso, butter and some pasta water
- Toss in cooked pasta and blanched veggies (add some lemon zest and lemon juice for freshness) or orange
- Top with sliced scallions and some toasted sesame oil if you want
