Instructions
Feta base
- Whip feta, a bit of milk, garlic, salt and honey together (ideally you have a food processor that makes it easier than trying to use my baby blender)
Seared Salmon (The best way IMO)
- Set oven to 450F
- Take salmon out of the fridge 30 min before cooking
- Dry thoroughly and salt the skin
- Season top side with chili flakes, Aleppo, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil
- Heat cast iron skillet to high heat, add in olive oil and put salmon in skin down
- After searing for ~2 min, put in the oven for ~6min, then turn oven to broil and leave in the oven for ~2-3 more minutes
Chimichurri…kinda
- 1 handful of cilantro
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 lemon
- 3-4 garlic gloves (minced)
- 1 TSP++ of salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- Fresno chili
- Directions: chop everything up really tiny
Roasted squash of some sort
- Cube your squash (smaller than mine)
- Toss with garlic powder, cayenne, paprika, salt, pepper
- Roast at ~400-450 (can do this while doing the salmon)
