Feta base
  • Whip feta, a bit of milk, garlic, salt and honey together (ideally you have a food processor that makes it easier than trying to use my baby blender)
 
Seared Salmon (The best way IMO)
  • Set oven to 450F
  • Take salmon out of the fridge 30 min before cooking
  • Dry thoroughly and salt the skin
  • Season top side with chili flakes, Aleppo, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil
  • Heat cast iron skillet to high heat, add in olive oil and put salmon in skin down
  • After searing for ~2 min, put in the oven for ~6min, then turn oven to broil and leave in the oven for ~2-3 more minutes
 
Chimichurri…kinda
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 3-4 garlic gloves (minced)
  • 1 TSP++ of salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Fresno chili
  • Directions: chop everything up really tiny
 
Roasted squash of some sort
  • Cube your squash (smaller than mine)
  • Toss with garlic powder, cayenne, paprika, salt, pepper
  • Roast at ~400-450 (can do this while doing the salmon)
