Ingredients
Sauce
- 1-2 shallots
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1/2 cup white wine (dry)
- 2 CUPs fresh mushrooms (chanterelle or button or fancy)
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- (Optional) 1-2 TBSP heavy cream
Instructions
- Saute shallots in butter, a bit of salt until translucent (not browned)
- Add mushrooms and saute
- Deglaze with 1/2 cup of white wine
- Add cooked pasta, pasta water, a bit of cold butter, parmesan and cream (optional)
