  1. Red bean noodles from Taiwan: add 1 tsp of toasted sesame oil on cooked noodles
  1. Salmon: miso, soy sauce, salt and pepper
  1. Assemble with noodles on bottom, salmon, pour Dashi or chicken broth into base and sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds
