Ingredients
- 1 CUP rolled oats
- 3/4 CUP cocoa powder
- 1 TSP baking soda (sifted)
- 1 1/2 CUPS unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/3 CUP nut butter (almond butter / tahini are best)
- 1/4 CUP liquid sweetener (if you use almond butter, use maple. If you use tahini, use honey)
- 1/2 cup almond/hemp/oat milk
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP vanilla
Instructions
Blending
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Blend for ~30s-1min until smooth
Baking
- Sprinkle with M&Ms, nuts, or more chocolate
- Bake at 350F for ~40min (until kinda goopy)
