  • 3/4 CUP cocoa powder
  • 1 TSP baking soda (sifted)
  • 1 1/2 CUPS unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/3 CUP nut butter (almond butter / tahini are best)
  • 1/4 CUP liquid sweetener (if you use almond butter, use maple. If you use tahini, use honey)
  • 1/2 cup almond/hemp/oat milk
  • 1 TSP salt
  • 1 TSP vanilla

  1. Blend for ~30s-1min until smooth
Baking
  1. Sprinkle with M&Ms, nuts, or more chocolate
  1. Bake at 350F for ~40min (until kinda goopy)
