- 3 mushrooms
- Bit of onion
- Salt/pepper
- Manchego/Comte
Instructions
- Cook the chicken sausage, mushrooms and onion in a pan
- Whisk the 2 eggs, ricotta in a single serve 2 cup pyrex/baking tupperware dish
- Layer 1/2 the meat mixture
- Layer cheese
- Layer 1/2 meat mixture
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
