- 1 heaping cup blanched almond flour
- 2 tablespoons natural maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1–2 tablespoons cinnamon (adjust to your taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add the maple syrup and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop, scoop out heaping spoonfuls of dough and roll into balls.
- Place the dough balls onto the baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one. (Optional: gently flatten them slightly with your hand or a glass.)
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
