Instructions
Chicken basil meatballs
- Sautee half an onion and garlic with salt
- Mix Pound of ground chicken with the onion, 1/4 cup chopped basil and a teaspoon of fig jam and an egg
- Salt and pepper
- Turn into balls
- Sear in a pan
Pickled concoction
- 1/4 preserved lemon minced
- Tbsp of capers
- 1/4 red onion diced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1 fresno chili sliced
- Lemon juice
- Red wine or champagne vinegar
- Salt and peper
roasted Veggies
- cauliflower
- Broccoli
- Red bell pepper
