Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Rolled Oat with Ancient Grain & Seeds
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 1/2 TSP salt
- 1 TSP baking soda
- 8-12 walnuts
- Butter for greasing the tin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Prepare mini muffin tin by greasing 10 holders with butter
- Blend banana, egg, 1/4 cup of the TJ’s oat mix, cinnamon, baking soda
- Mix in remaining 1/4 cup TJ’s oat mix
- If wanted: Add sweetener (maple, honey, date syrup etc.)
- Grease a mini muffin tin
- Fill up ~8-12 tins with batter
- Place walnut on each
- Bake for 7-10 minutes
- Take out when bouncy and taller
