  1. 1 banana
  1. 1 egg
  1. 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Rolled Oat with Ancient Grain & Seeds
  1. 1 TSP cinnamon
  1. 1/2 TSP salt
  1. 1 TSP baking soda
  1. 8-12 walnuts
  1. Butter for greasing the tin

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  1. Prepare mini muffin tin by greasing 10 holders with butter
  1. Blend banana, egg, 1/4 cup of the TJ’s oat mix, cinnamon, baking soda
  1. Mix in remaining 1/4 cup TJ’s oat mix
  1. If wanted: Add sweetener (maple, honey, date syrup etc.)
  1. Grease a mini muffin tin
  1. Fill up ~8-12 tins with batter
  1. Place walnut on each
  1. Bake for 7-10 minutes
  1. Take out when bouncy and taller
